Submitting an enquiry, requesting a quote, or messaging IBS through this site's contact form or chatbot does not itself create a binding agreement for services. Any project -- web development, app development, digital marketing, video production, SEO, content, or social media management -- is governed by the separate proposal, quote, or agreement IBS and the client agree to before work begins, which covers scope, pricing, timeline, and deliverables specific to that project.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of final project deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment. IBS retains the right to showcase completed work in its own portfolio and marketing materials, unless the client has requested confidentiality in writing.

Commercial use or publication of any material on this site is prohibited without IBS's prior written authorization. Nothing here grants any license to use that material.

Material may be copied for personal use only if the copyright and source notice are retained, no modifications are made, and it is copied in full. Some material on this site is published with permission from third-party copyright owners; rights to that material remain with those owners.
